This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all services provided by King Gate Secure Pvt. Ltd. through our website and offline agreements.
By purchasing or booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Refund Eligibility (General Policy)
We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of service booking or payment.
Refund requests will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase or contract initiation.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted in writing
- Services must not have been fully delivered or completed
- The request must comply with the agreed service contract
2. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable once initiated or deployed, including:
- Security guard deployment services already started
- Event security services already executed or booked
- Customized security solutions already initiated
- Emergency or urgent service deployments
3. Returns Policy (Service-Based Business)
As a service-based company, we do not accept physical product returns. However, service cancellation requests may be reviewed based on:
- Stage of service execution
- Contract terms
- Resource deployment status
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Service partially delivered
- Early cancellation before full deployment
- Operational limitations caused by client-side issues
- Mutual agreement between client and company
5. Refund Approval Process
Once your refund request is received:
- Our team will review the request
- You will receive an acknowledgment email
- Approval or rejection will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe
- If approved, refund will be processed to the original payment method
Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment gateway policies.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuing bank (processing delays may occur)
- Contact your payment provider (UPI / bank / gateway)

7. Cancellation Policy

If a service is purchased as a gift or by a third party:
- Refund will be processed to the original payer
