This Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by King Gate Secure Pvt. Ltd..

By booking or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.


1. Cancellation Request Process

All cancellation requests must be submitted through any of the following:

  • Email
  • Phone call
  • WhatsApp (official number)
  • Contact form on website

Customers must clearly mention their Order ID / Invoice Number in all communications.

It is strongly recommended that cancellation requests are sent from the registered email ID for verification purposes.


2. Cancellation Timing

  • Cancellation requests can be made before service deployment or execution begins
  • Once manpower or security services have been deployed, cancellation may not be fully accepted
  • Approval of cancellation depends on the stage of service execution

3. Refund on Cancellation

If cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3 to 7 working days (subject to bank/payment gateway timelines)
  • Any applicable processing charges or administrative costs may be deducted

4. Deductions (If Applicable)

Certain deductions may apply in case of cancellation:

  • Payment gateway / transaction charges
  • Administrative or processing fees
  • Resource allocation or preparation costs
  • Taxes (including GST, if already applied, as per applicable law)

Final refund amount will be communicated after review.


5. Non-Cancellable Situations

Cancellation may not be possible in the following cases:

  • Security personnel already deployed at site
  • Event security services already started
  • Emergency or on-demand services already initiated
  • Fully completed or in-progress service assignments

6. No Physical Return Policy

As King Gate Secure Pvt. Ltd. provides service-based security solutions, there are:

  • No physical products
  • No shipping of goods
  • No return of items applicable

Therefore, Return Policy does not apply to our services.


7. Communication Requirement

All cancellation or refund-related queries must include:

  • Order ID
  • Registered contact details
  • Service details

Incomplete requests may experience delays in processing.
